Large Furniture is accepted for an additional charge. Please call us to schedule a collection of these items.

To avoid interruptions in service, we’ve provided a list of important requirements for collection.

Have container out on time. Our route collection times vary each day and pickup can occur anywhere between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. In addition, collection times may change unexpectedly due to weather or other unforeseen events. Please keep your container at the curb until end of day, in case a route is running off-schedule.

We ask that all containers be placed curbside either the night before your collection date, or by 5:00 a.m. This way, if your collection is early, your service won’t be missed.

Some areas have specific regulations for what time a container can be set out for collection, so always check with your city or HOA rules first.

Proper placement for curbside collection is very important to ensure your services are not interrupted.

Placement is important. Place your containers at the curb with the wheels facing your home or business and the lid opening towards the street. The lid should always open toward the street and close properly to prevent spillage.

Don’t block container. Many of our routes are collected with a truck with an automatic arm. It is very important that the containers are not blocked at the time of collection. Keep all containers a minimum of 4 feet away from any vehicles, mailboxes, cars, flower pots, yard ornaments or other obstructions. If possible, try to keep containers out from under power lines or cable lines.

Call for excess trash or recycling collection. If you have additional trash that will not fit in your container, we ask you to call in for additional trash collection. If a container is over-stuffed and packed in, our trucks may not be able to get everything out of the container. With advance knowledge, we can schedule for extra trash or recycle collection.

Maintain Upkeep and Cleanliness. We are not able to fulfill swap out requests for smelly or dirty containers. To keep your container clean and to prevent trash from blowing around when the can is emptied, we recommend using bags for all refuse.
**We are not responsible for loose trash that falls from the container.

Yard waste is prohibited. Yard waste cannot be mixed with trash or recycling. A fee will be charged to any resident with yard waste in their collection.
