We will be closed Thursday, November 23, 2023 for Thanksgiving.

Our routes will be operating Friday, November 24, 2023.

Residential customers – Thursday and Friday collections

Please set your containers/trash out for pickup Thursday Night. We will be picking up Thursday customers first, and Friday customers after Thursday routes are complete. There will be some stops towards the end of the route that may not get picked up until Saturday.

Our drivers will be starting at 5 a.m., and the routes will not be collected at the same time as you are normally picked up.

If you are a Friday collection, please set your containers out Thursday night for Friday pickup. If you are not picked up Friday, please leave your containers out to the road for Saturday pickup. Please do not bring your containers back to your house Friday night if you do not get picked up.

Commercial customers

We will be splitting Thursday routes between Wednesday and Friday. We will do our best to get as many Thursday stops picked up Wednesday as we are able.

Delay for 9/20

Tuesday customers will still be pickup on Tuesday, except Rural Fayette County, which will be picked up on Wednesday.

West Union – City residents will be picked up on Wednesday, Please set your trash out the night before.

We would ask all of our Monday and Tuesday customers to please set your container out Monday night, even if you suspect you will be collected on Wednesday. This is because it can be difficult to relay exactly what day each resident will be collected on when it comes to rural stops. We want to make sure everyone is picked up and avoid miscommunications.

We will not be able to return for containers that are set out late or due to a miscommunication. Please be sure to have your trash containers accessible either the night before, or by 4am.

Wednesday Fayette customers will be picked up on Thursday

All routes should be caught up by Thursday afternoon.

Delays – 8/14 & 8/15 2023
